The Position: 

The Human Resource Contractor is responsible for establishing and maintaining The Root’s human resource strategy, policy and plan that will assist in creating an environment, within The Root, that is productive and supportive for employees and volunteers. The Root’s Human Resource Contractor will ensure that policies and procedures are understood and adhered to by all employees and volunteers from the hiring and onboarding process through separation from the organization.
