Shela Linton, Executive Director of The Root Social Justice Center is an appointee by the attorney general to The RDAP. She has served on this panel since its creation in 2017 as a Black/BIPOC community member and is helping to bring Most Impacted Voices to the discussion on eliminating racial disparities in the juvenile/DCF and criminal justice systems.

This is an open public meeting where everyone is welcome to join. Community participation is encouraged, and if you'd like to speak or add to the discussion, you can do so during the meeting!
